Zovv in Claude

Connect Zovv to Claude and ask about the hotel stays, crew housing and accommodation requests your company has with Zovv, in plain language. Claude answers from your own Zovv account: what is booked, where and when, who is staying, confirmation numbers, and where a request stands.

Travel managers get one view of zovvGo bookings and zovvPro accommodation requests, past and upcoming, across the client companies they manage.

Track where a request stands

Check a zovvPro accommodation request: whether hotel options have been sent, how many rooms are confirmed and what happens next.

Connect Zovv to Claude

In Claude, open Settings → Connectors, find Zovv in the directory and click Connect. You can also add it as a custom connector with the URL https://api-v2.zovv.ai/api/mcp/.
A Zovv sign-in page opens. Sign in with your normal Zovv login, by email and password or your company's single sign-on.
Review what Claude is asking to access and click Allow. You are returned to Claude, and Zovv is ready to use in any chat.

Works in Claude on the web, desktop and mobile apps.

Who can use it

Zovv customers: travelers and travel managers at companies that book accommodation through Zovv. Your company's Zovv administrator invites you to Zovv; nothing else needs to be set up. Each person sees exactly what they can see in Zovv. Travelers see their own trips. Travel managers see the trips of the client companies assigned to them.

What the connector does

List my trips: Your zovvGo bookings and zovvPro requests with dates, hotel, city, guests and status.
Trip details: Hotel and address, check-in and check-out, rooms, guests, confirmation numbers and cancellation policy.
Request status: Where a zovvPro request stands, the next step, rooms confirmed and the hotel options sent.
My client companies: The companies a travel manager can see, to narrow a question to one of them.

The connector is read-only. It cannot create, change or cancel bookings or requests, and it does not show internal pricing. For new bookings and changes, use Zovv or contact the Zovv team.

Privacy and security

You sign in on Zovv's own page. Claude never sees your Zovv password.
Claude gets access only after you click Allow, and only to what your Zovv account can already see.
Access uses short-lived tokens tied to this connector, and every request is checked against your current Zovv permissions.
Disconnect at any time from Profile → Connected Apps in Zovv, or remove the connector in Claude. Access stops immediately.
