These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZOVV website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "ZOVV" refers to ZOVV and its affiliates.
• "User" refers to any individual accessing or using the Services.
• "Booker" refers to the individual who makes a booking through the Services.
• "Traveler" refers to any individual traveling under a booking.
• "Accommodation Provider" refers to third-party hotels, apartments, or lodging establishments offering accommodations through the Services.
• "Content" refers to all materials made available on or through the Services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to access and use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in strict compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not use the Services in any manner that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services, interfere with another user's access or use of the Services, or compromise the security, functionality, or integrity of the platform.

You are solely responsible for your use of the Services and for any content, data, or information you submit, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Services.

3. Account Registration

Access to certain features of the Services may require the creation of a user account. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You agree to notify ZOVV without undue delay of any unauthorized access to or use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Eligibility to Book

The Booker must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally authorized to enter into binding contracts on behalf of all Travelers included in the booking.

5. Accommodation Providers

All accommodations offered through the Services are owned, managed, and operated by independent Accommodation Providers and are subject to their individual terms and conditions, which may apply in addition to these Terms.

ZOVV does not own, manage, or control any accommodation.

6. Rate Integrity

The Booker and/or Traveler shall not directly solicit, negotiate, or obtain rates from Accommodation Providers that are comparable to or derived from ZOVV rates without ZOVV's prior written approval.

7. Pricing, Payments, and Guarantees

Prices, quotations, and booking details are provided during the booking process and confirmed at the time of booking. ZOVV may, where required, use its own credit card to guarantee or pre-purchase accommodation on behalf of the User.

All bookings are subject to the payment terms specified in these Terms and in the applicable booking confirmation.

8. Booking Confirmation and Accuracy

The Booker and/or Traveler is responsible for reviewing booking confirmations and vouchers carefully and for notifying ZOVV promptly of any inaccuracies or discrepancies.

9. Renovations and Refurbishments

Information regarding renovations or refurbishments is provided when made available by the relevant Accommodation Provider. ZOVV does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of such information.

10. Security Deposits

Accommodation Providers may require a refundable holding deposit at check-in to cover incidental charges. Such deposits are determined solely by the Accommodation Provider.

11. Confirming and Cancelling Bookings

Any request for extension, postponement, cancellation, or other modification of a reservation must be submitted to ZOVV through the booking platform at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the deadlines specified by the applicable Accommodation Provider's terms and conditions. Such requests are subject to availability and may result in revised rates, fees, or penalty charges in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.

Cancellation policies are communicated at the time of booking and detailed in the booking confirmation or confirmation voucher. These policies shall be strictly adhered to, and any cancellation charges incurred shall be borne by the Traveler and/or Booker.

For bookings that have already been paid, any applicable refunds will be processed within seven (7) days to the original method of payment, after deduction of cancellation charges. Where a booking is cancelled prior to payment, ZOVV reserves the right to issue an invoice for any applicable cancellation charges.

Cancellation charges may vary depending on destination, travel dates, and the relevant Accommodation Provider. All such charges are governed by the cancellation policy disclosed at the time of booking and on the confirmation voucher.

In exceptional circumstances where a cancellation cannot be submitted through the booking platform, the request must be submitted in writing to ZOVV and must include the destination and booking reference number. ZOVV shall acknowledge receipt and advise of any applicable charges. The Traveler and/or Booker is responsible for obtaining and retaining such acknowledgment.

Any charges resulting from cancellations or modifications made directly with an Accommodation Provider, without ZOVV's prior knowledge or involvement, shall remain payable by the Traveler and/or Booker to ZOVV.

12. Local Taxes and Fees

Information provided regarding local taxes or fees, including visitor, city, or tourist taxes, is indicative only. ZOVV does not warrant the accuracy of such estimates. The Traveler is solely responsible for confirming and paying all applicable taxes and fees directly to the Accommodation Provider or relevant authority.

13. Accommodation Classification

Hotel and apartment ratings or classifications are assigned by Accommodation Providers and may vary depending on country, region, and local standards.

14. Communications

By using the Services and completing a booking, Users consent to receive SMS messages and other electronic communications related to their bookings and reservations.

15. Electronic Transactions

Users acknowledge and agree that transactions and bookings completed electronically do not require handwritten signatures and are legally binding.

16. Intellectual Property

All content, software, text, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, service marks, data, and other materials made available on or through the Services (collectively, the Content) are owned by ZOVV or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property and proprietary rights laws.

Except as expressly authorized in writing by ZOVV, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, transmit, or otherwise exploit any Content, in whole or in part, for any commercial or non-commercial purpose.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZOVV shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or expense arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Services, including acts or omissions of Accommodation Providers or other third parties, except where such liability arises directly from the negligence of ZOVV or its employees.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as expressly stated in these Terms.

18. Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

ZOVV reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any amendments shall become effective upon publication on the website. Continued access to or use of the Services following such publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
